Javier was a potion master. He lost his leg because of the Dragon Chalize's swipe with her tail during a mission to retrieve the Chronometer from the Lost Mesa preserve. He was later eaten by Navarog who were trying to make it look like Javier were the stealer of the artifact decoy.
