Shapeshifters are beings who can transform into different kinds of animals, such as horses, bears, tigers, and eagles. They seem to be similar to Skinwalkers.

In Keys to the Demon Prison, Niko, who comes in the form of a tiger but can also become a bear and a bird, was the leader of the Eternal's Shapeshifters and fails to protect Roon and gives Kendra and Bracken the location of the other two remaining Shapeshifters, Tux and Janan. Tux was the guardian of Mark and were in the form of a cat and Janan who were the guardian of Civia came in the form of a lapdog.
